My poster design won the No Women No Peace art competition in 2010, and the artwork was presented to the former Foreign Secretary William Hague MP at Parliament (UK).

The campaign wants to communicate that you cannot build peace while half the population are excluded – balance is always important. My design drew from this idea, representing the importance of everyone’s role, no matter their gender, generation, language, or country.
